What You'll Do:

• Generate, process, and post customer invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Import and export invoice data between accounting software.
• Process customer payments via credit card, ACH, and checks, applying transactions accurately to customer accounts.
• Manage customer account inquiries, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist with collections.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain detailed records of billing and contact information.
• Support month-end closings related to accounts receivable and payroll.
• Collaborate on special projects and provide administrative support to the Accounting Department.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior work experience in a manufacturing.
