As a State Farm team member for John Staton State Farm Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life, health insurance and banking products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Paid Holidays Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to execute a detailed business plan Property and Casualty and Life and Health license (must have currently or willing to obtain) This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
