Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for its Orange County, CA office. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing counsel to employers on labor law issues. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges. Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations, including class/collective actions and discrimination cases. Requirements 4-6 years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background. Current CA Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Current CA Bar admission. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
