Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Dentist for an established outpatient dental practice in Newnan, Georgia. Position overview includes:

• Lead provider opportunity in an established outpatient dental practice
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a modern, patient-centered environment
• Established patient base with experienced clinical and administrative support
• Opportunity to maximize production while building long-term patient relationships
• Four-day work week with no weekends or call responsibilities

Compensation includes:

• 36% production-based compensation
• Daily guarantee
• Retention bonus after one year

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No call

Role:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Develop long-term relationships with patients
