CMT (Certified Medication Tech) and/or QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) Medication Aides provide top-notch care to our residents, administer medications, and monitor any reactions to medications. They are courteous and friendly co-workers, and follow procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations. Rewards Program based on Years of Service and PLC Employee of the Year Award The impact you'll make: Makes connections with and ensures the best care and medical assistance to our residents Accurately prepares and administers medications in compliance with all related policies and procedures and regulations. Stays familiar with residents' medical record and medication administration record Documents vital signs, medication administration, resident behaviors associated with medication administration, medication incident and accident reports, and facility incident and accident reports.
