Guest Services Manager

Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) This role is passionate about providing supervision and direction to the front‑end team while maintaining high standards of guest service throughout the front‑end operations. A typical shift will include bookkeeping tasks and assisting the Senior Guest Services Manager with guest services, self‑check‑outs, regular check‑outs, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas. The manager is responsible for supervising the front‑end team and ensuring top‑quality service across all front‑end operations. Responsibilities Supervise and direct the front‑end team. Maintain high standards of guest service. Perform bookkeeping tasks during shifts. Assist the Senior Guest Services Manager with guest services, self‑check‑outs, regular check‑outs, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas. Ensure accurate transaction processing and cash handling. Collaborate with other department managers to support store operations. Pay Range USD $18.00 – USD $25.00 per hour. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
