IT Technician

Basic Hardware Knowledge: Must be able to set up a computer (monitor, keyboard, as well as other equipment). Must be able to troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices. Must be able to troubleshoot basic server and network issues for devices. Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and display understanding of Microsoft’s core applications and operating systems (Office, RDP, as well as other systems). Exhibit ability to manage users in Active Directory. Communicate with team members and outside contractors/providers with clarity and in a professional and timely manner. Tracks, monitors, and resolves tickets in ticketing system. Exhibits excellent customer service that results in team member positive perception and satisfaction with IT experience. Track and monitor inventory. Display and exhibit ability to work on a team and communicate effectively.
