Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of patients. Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Current SC or Multistate Compact PT License required. BLS certification mandatory.
