Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions leveraging diverse therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs. Establish clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly. Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate client's accessibility needs while maintaining a high standard of care. Document client interactions meticulously to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Engage in professional development, attend trainings, and stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base consists of individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their psychological challenges, employing your expertise to support them in achieving mental wellness and improved quality of life. Qualifications Possession of a current and valid state license such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with further qualifications at the Master’s or doctoral level in disciplines such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and foster therapeutic relationships. Empathy and compassion, with a non-judgmental approach towards clients and their experiences. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload effectively. Preferred Experience While candidates with diverse backgrounds will be considered, those with significant experience in teletherapy, evidence-based practice methodologies, and familiarity with trauma-informed care will be given preference. Experience in a community health setting may also be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
