Senior Analyst For Headquarters Operations

Serve as a senior analyst for Headquarters Operations (HQ Ops), responsible for independently planning, executing, and evaluating complex administrative, business, and strategic communication programs that influence Directorate operations.

Provide high-level analytical and advisory support to the HQ Ops Director and senior leaders on long-and short-term management programs, organization-wide initiatives, performance objectives, and operational readiness priorities.

Conduct assessments of Directorate workflows, reference materials, internal controls, and business processes to identify systemic inefficiencies.

Develop well-supported recommendations and decision options that improve organizational efficiency, operational integration, and strategic alignment.

Lead cross-functional projects and Directorate-level initiatives designed to modernize internal processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and optimize recourse usage.

Ensure all products meet Agency polices, communication standards, and senior leadership expectations.

Advise the HQ Operations Board on strategic planning, operational governance, facility priorities, and workforce support decisions that impact HQs Ops functions.

Oversee asset tracking, lifecycle analysis of Information Technology (IT) hardware and office equipment, and acquisition planning.
