Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor function, cognitive skills, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner effectively with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education and tools for patients and caregivers to promote ongoing progress after therapy sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Emphasis on continuing education and post-grad certifications supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Valid active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
