Position Details: Location: Pittsfield, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive challenges Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and physicians Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and safety strategies Document care activities in accordance with Medicare and HIPAA standards Impact Recruiting Solutions – Driving Careers, Transforming Healthcare. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Licensure: Active Massachusetts SLP license Certifications: ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility Additional: Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation Preferred: Experience with geriatrics or in a skilled nursing facility Skills: Expertise in dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders Strong documentation and EHR usage Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills Why Join Us?
