Details Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit averaging 6 cases per day Handles open heart surgery and vascular surgical cases Weekday schedule with shift hours of 06:00-15:30 Weekend call required Requirements Active RN license (SC or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), AHA only Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required Nursys verification required within 30 days of start Primary source license verification with copy of state-specific registry required Computer skills for patient care documentation systems required Additional Information Perform circulating duties including OR prep, patient positioning, and safe surgery checklist verification Serve as communication liaison between family members and the operating team Delegate, supervise, and evaluate activities of other team members while executing urgent interventions as needed Assist with control and maintenance of supplies and equipment Participate in scheduled on-call duties as assigned American Traveler Job ID P-738260.
