HTF Staffing is seeking qualified Intervention Specialists to support K–8 students in Youngstown, OH . Opportunities are available in both inclusive and self-contained MD/AUT classroom settings.

Position Details:
• Position: Intervention Specialist
• Openings: 4–6
• Inclusion: 2–3 openings
• Self-Contained MD/AUT: 2–3 openings
• Location: Youngstown, OH 44503
• Grade Levels: K–8
• Caseload: Per Ohio Revised Code
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Start Date: Immediately
• End Date: June 6, 2027

Available Settings:

Inclusion:
• Provide specialized instruction and support within inclusive classrooms
• Collaborate with general education teachers
• Support students with accommodations, modifications, and IEP goals
• Experience with co-teaching or inclusion preferred

Self-Contained MD/AUT:
• Provide specialized instruction in a self-contained classroom
• Support students with Multiple Disabilities and/or Autism
• Implement individualized academic, behavioral, and functional programming
• Experience with self-contained, autism, or multiple-disabilities classrooms preferred

Required Qualifications:
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• K–8 special education experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
