Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, Eatonton, GA The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the reliability of mill equipment and providing day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team by leading by example, promoting safety, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering efficient, high-quality maintenance services. Promote astrong safety culture by enforcing safety programs, coaching safe workpractices, and ensuring compliance across maintenance activities. Plan andoversee maintenance work to ensure high-quality execution, reliable equipmentperformance, and minimal disruption to mill operations. Managesystems, resources, and budgets by using the CMMS to track work and parts,improving equipment reliability, and controlling maintenance spending.
