Travel Physical Therapist - $1,809 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Brooklyn, New York. Responsibilities As a travel Physical Therapist at a skilled nursing facility, you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress in electronic medical records. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress in electronic medical records preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with patient care plans for geriatric populations preferred.
