Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product within a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives by using customer and user feedback, customer usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements; and working with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions. Support product implementation and deployment by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions; working closely with business team to launch products and ensure their adoption; coordinating post launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful; managing the development of training materials; training and supporting users on new product features; managing close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs; and defining, tracking and improving key product metrics. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Analytics, or related field and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business Analytics, or related field and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management.Skills required: Experience managing a product roadmap based on customer needs, business needs, feature prioritization, and ROI. Experience performing Agile ceremonies using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Experience with requirement gathering and cross-functional collaboration using the Microsoft Office suite. Experience using design tools to collaborate and communicate requirements with designers. Experience using testing tools and methodologies to execute iterative functional testing on products. Experience with project planning based on the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). Experience using market research to execute competitive assessments and determine product market fit. Experience executing data analysis for qualitative and quantitative analyses of products using Microsoft Excel and Tableau. Demonstrated knowledge of the customer relationship management process. Demonstrated knowledge of technical system architecture and integrations of products.
