Job Summary:
The registered nurse in the emergency room provides critical patient care in a fast-paced environment. They collaborate with medical teams to deliver timely, high-quality treatment to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in an emergency room or acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond swiftly under pressure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
