Job Description

• Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Lead project teams including PMs, APMs, and field staff
• Maintain strong relationships with public clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and public sector requirements
• Drive project scheduling and delivery milestones
• Provide strategic input on project execution and risk management
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong background in K-12 and/or municipal projects
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience managing large budgets ($10M+)
