What You'll Do as a Warehouse Data Entry Specialist:

• Clarifying customer complaints
• Determining the cause of the problem
• Identifying and explaining the best solution
• Expediting corrections or adjustments
• Following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain and update customer account records
• Process customer account adjustments and financial updates
• Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Assist with order management and product management activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 012 months of customer service experience
• 012 months of warehouse experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes, and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work assigned shifts
• Familiarity with logistics concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety regulations
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
• Basic computer skills, including documents and spreadsheet software
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
