As Senior Project Manager, Global Solution Design, you will play a critical role in shaping complex contract logistics solutions for global customers while helping drive strategic growth across key markets, industries, and products.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, analytics, commercial strategy, and customer engagement. You will lead complex solution design projects, influence senior stakeholders, and help define the future of logistics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Project Manager, Global Solution Design, you will lead the development of innovative and commercially viable contract logistics solutions for both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple large-scale solution design projects simultaneously. Ensure the project delivery is within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Acting as the primary solution design lead in customer engagements throughout the bid and proposal process
• Analyzing customer requirements, operational data, and RFP documentation to develop robust and competitive solutions
• Dealing effectively with ambiguous situations, interpreting customer information and data, and developing effective assumptions where required
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, engineering, automation, IT, and commercial teams
• Developing and delivering compelling customer presentations and solution proposals
• Supporting implementation planning, solution handover activities, and change management processes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of DSV's global solution design methodologies, standards, and tools
• Sharing best practices, market insights, and innovative concepts across the Global Solution Design community

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded logistics professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenging supply chain problems.

Ideally, you bring:

•           Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

•           7+ years of experience in contract logistics solution design, preferably within the third-party logistics industry.

•           Operations management, implementation management, and/or supply chain consulting experience is a plus 

•           Strong understanding of warehouse operations, network design, operational modelling, pricing strategies, and financial analysis

•           Strong commercial acumen and experience developing customer pricing models

•           Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics technology solutions is highly desirable

•           Business fluency in English, excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

•           Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate with all levels of the levels of the organization and to build strong rapport and credibility both internally and externally

•           Excellent computer software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and AutoCAD required.  Experience with MS Access, simulation software and/or network modeling software is a plus

Indoor office environment with standard temperatures

For this position, the expected base pay range is $127,260.00 – $159,075.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
