What You'll Do As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right wireless products and services while creating an outstanding in-store experience. Your responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer. Recommend Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, plans, and services based on customer needs. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and upselling. Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories to customers. Process sales, payments, activations, upgrades, and account changes using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records. Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment. Participate in daily team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing training. Stay up to date on Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and industry trends. Assist with inventory management and store operations. Supervise store activities when assigned. What We're Looking For Previous retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, telemarketing, or phone sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and recommend the right solutions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Basic math and cash-handling skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
