Public Accounting Recruiter in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut
If you’ve ever wondered why your career feels like JFK Terminal 5, you know, busy, efficient, but going nowhere fast, this might be the delightful little nudge you’ve been waiting for.
This boutique firm (ex-Top 10 partners) has carved out a niche in sophisticated tax and accounting, private equity, M&A, international work and genuinely interesting private clients. The kind of clients whose returns require a second coffee and a sharper pencil.
They’re growing fast thanks to inbound international work and a wave of M&A activity. Staff actually stay. Shocking, I know.
The role:
Senior Tax Manager, in office four days a week, Fridays from home. CPA required. Complex returns, complex clients, and a very real Partner track. Not the mythical kind that’s whispered about in bigger firms like Bigfoot.
Who it suits:
Someone lost in the shuffle at a big firm. Or stuck behind the Partner’s nephew at a tiny one.
