This role combines ownership of the overall new representative training strategy with direct leadership and development of field-based training teams to ensure consistent execution, coaching effectiveness, and measurable impact in the field. This individual partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional business units to assess training needs, identify performance gaps, and deliver targeted training solutions that enhance clinical, product, and commercial competency.
