Sr. Business Analyst

Business AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting system requirements, maintaining user stories, collaborating with development and user groups, leading meetings, and performing process analysis. This role involves working on a mix of enhancements to existing systems and documenting legacy applications that are being replaced with modern solutions.Responsibilities:Document system requirements and maintain user stories in alignment with project goals.Collaborate with development teams and user groups to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.Lead meetings to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and address any issues that arise.Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.Support the transition from legacy applications to updated solutions by documenting processes and requirements.Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project tasks and deliverables effectively.Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards to track project progress and manage user stories.Mandatory Skills:User Stories5+ years of experience in documenting business processes and collaborating with IT and business communities.Agile Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation.Experience with MS Office tools for documentation and presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven track record of successful project delivery in a business analyst role.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.If you are a proactive and detail oriented Business Analyst with a passion for improving business processes and systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
