A leading healthcare staffing organization is seeking qualified Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support patient-care services at a state healthcare facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. These positions provide direct nursing support in a structured residential healthcare environment.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide direct patient care and perform complex nursing duties under the supervision of the Unit Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include supporting resident healthcare needs, completing required documentation, following clinical procedures, and maintaining compliance with facility standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Perform complex nursing duties under the supervision of the Unit Nurse Manager.
• Monitor and respond to resident healthcare needs.
• Support medication, treatment, and patient-care activities as assigned.
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient-care documentation.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and compliance procedures.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to appropriate nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Schedule options include:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Every 3rd weekend off on a rotational pattern

Minimum requirements include:

• Current and valid LVN nursing license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid photo ID
• Current TB documentation
• Completed and signed CCH form
• Ability to successfully pass a urine drug screen
• Ability to successfully pass required background checks
• Ability to complete an FBI fingerprint background check
• All required compliance must be completed prior to start
