Senior Civil Engineer – Lead Complex Infrastructure & Land Development Projects

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred
• 10+ years of experience in site development and utility design
• Proven leadership skills with prior management experience preferred
• Expertise in all phases of engineering and construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM collaboration tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detailed orienting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively and organize project workflows

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience designing rail access or yard track layouts
• Familiarity with permit application processes and agency coordination
• Experience with survey coordination and interpretation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for project management

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree a plus
• Active and current AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM software use
• Extensive background managing complex infrastructure projects

Other Requirements:

• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including Owners, Contractors, and Agencies
• Willingness to lead field activities and mentor team members
• Professional registration or licensing in relevant jurisdictions is advantageous
