Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in Pasadena, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigation and non-litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court. The Associate Attorney will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, provide legal advice to clients, and participate in business development initiatives with an active entrepreneurial drive.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in the state of California
At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction litigation and non-litigation matters
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate complex legal ideas to both legal and non-legal audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
Strong interpersonal skills, high level of organization and attention to detail, and strong work ethic
