We are experiencing significant growth across our manufacturing, service, and power generation and equipment operations. As the organization continues to scale, the marketing department is evolving from a support function into a strategic business partner.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Creative Manager owns the Central Power and Powerforce brands and produces the creative work that brings them to life. This role sets the visual and verbal standard across more than nineteen locations, then executes against it through graphic design, digital design, motion graphics, and video production.

This is both an ownership role and a hands-on one. You are the SME on how our brand shows up anywhere it appears, including alongside our OEM partners' brands. You are also the person who builds the work, deciding with the Director of Marketing what we produce in-house and directing outside production partners when a project calls for them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Brand

• Own and maintain the Central Power and Powerforce brand standards: logo use, color, typography, photography, and application across every touchpoint
• Build the brand guidelines that do not exist today, and enforce them across all locations
• Govern how our brand appears alongside OEM partner brands, within each manufacturer's co-branding requirements
• Review branch-level materials, signage, vehicle graphics, apparel, and trade show assets for consistency

Graphic and Digital Design

• Design print and digital collateral: sales sheets, brochures, direct mail, signage, apparel, trade show graphics, and event materials
• Produce digital assets for the website, e-commerce site, email, and templates for social channels
• Design presentation and sales enablement materials for internal teams

Motion and Video

• Own video production end to end, deciding what we produce in-house and what warrants an outside crew
• Plan, shoot, and edit video in-house for equipment, facilities, customer stories, recruiting, and internal communication, traveling to branch locations and trade shows as needed
• Scope, brief, and direct third-party videographers and production companies on larger projects, reviewing their work against our standards and approving final delivery
• Produce motion graphics for social, web, trade show displays, and product launches
• Manage the video and photography asset library so work gets reused instead of rebuilt

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Five or more years in brand, design, or creative production, with at least two in a role where you owned the brand standard rather than executing someone else's
• A portfolio demonstrating both static design and video or motion work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Demonstrated video production capability from planning through final edit, including on-location shooting
• Experience briefing, directing, and evaluating outside creative vendors
• Ability to travel to branch locations and trade shows (roughly 10%)
• Valid driver's license and ability to be on shop floors, job sites, and equipment yards, including wearing required PPE

WORK CONDITIONS

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
