Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze vulnerability findings affecting cloud-hosted resources.
• Assess vulnerability applicability and risk impact for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Plan and execute remediation actions, including patching and security hardening.
• Validate remediation results and confirm successful closure of vulnerability tasks.
• Perform cloud-based patching and update activities.
• Implement cloud security configuration changes to reduce exposure.
• Create and maintain remediation tasks and change records for audit and compliance.
• Provide remediation status updates and evidence for security reporting.
• Partner with Security, Cloud Architecture, and Application teams to resolve complex vulnerabilities.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance cloud security posture.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional IT experience with exposure to cloud infrastructure or system administration.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted systems in at least one enterprise cloud environment.
• Understanding of vulnerability remediation concepts, including patching and configuration hardening.
• Familiarity with IT service management and change processes.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow defined security and remediation procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferences:

• Exposure to enterprise vulnerability management processes and remediation SLAs.
• Knowledge of cloud security posture management or risk reporting.
• Relevant cloud or security certifications.
