We are seeking an experienced, confident Dental Assistant who can step into the role and contribute right away. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy dental environment. Our ideal candidate:- Has previous dental assisting experience
- Is comfortable assisting with restorative and surgical procedures
- Is confident with digital dentistry and technology
- Takes pride in being prepared and staying one step ahead of the doctor
- Has excellent attention to detail and infection-control practices
- Communicates well with patients and teammates
- Is dependable, positive, and willing to help wherever needed
- Can work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care
- Is comfortable asking questions and continuing to learn
