Interface with designated team members to maintain schedules to support participants. Ensure participant safety by familiarizing participants with safety rules and regulations at their work or volunteer sites. Complete applicable written documentation and data collection within the Therap case management system, including reporting on participant goals outlined in the ISP Program Data. Encourage participants to maximize production and enhance relationships with supervisors and co-workers. Report individual participant progress to the Goodwill DDS Case Manager during weekly team meetings. Maintain regular communication with employers to review productivity and quality of work. Complete weekly timecards with input from participants who engage in temporary work experiences. Position Requirements Experience in the human services or related field strongly desired. A high school diploma preferred. Satisfactory driving record, current driver's license, and daily access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for frequent in-state driving.
