We are looking for a Seasonal Driver/Delivery Specialist to transport loads of Petroleum - Diesel and Gas from surrounding terminals to end users. Apply now and fuel your future with CHS! **Responsibilities** + Pick up and deliver products to customers in a safe, timely and professional manner. + Provide excellent customer service. + Follow all CHS Inc. policies and procedures. + Prepare or adjust HazMat placards correctly for each load. + Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling petroleum products. + Maintain electronic logs and onboard computer with each delivery and pickup. + Perform all DOT, pre-trip, post-trip, and inter-trip inspections. + Complete daily maintenance report and notify supervisor of any needed repairs. + Report all incidents such as injuries, spills, property damage, accidents, traffic violations, and damage to vehicles. + Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. **Minimum Qualifications (required)** + Valid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route) + Valid Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required + 2+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience + Must meet age requirement + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately. **Additional Qualifications** + Demonstrated experience hauling hazardous materials + Demonstrated safety performance and consistent adherence to procedures in hazardous materials operations. + Demonstrated customer service and communication skills; interact professionally with internal teams and customers. + Demonstrated experience completing tanker product transfers (loading/unloading) and related documentation in a regulated environment. + Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, which may include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse. **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds + Ability to safely climb in and out of truck cabs and to the top of a tanker trailer + Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; travel and time away from home as required by the schedule + Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in environments with regular exposure to hazardous materials.
