Join Serra of Jackson as a sales consultant and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales at our dealership in Jackson, TN. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a seamless buying process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about our Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Kia vehicles.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, policies, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up to maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and knowledge of the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Kia brands.
