Position Details Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 4:00–5:00 am start; finish when work is completed (8‑hour shift). 35–40 hours per week. Principal location: 1424 43rd St N, Fargo, ND 58102. Interstate routes: WI, IA, MT, MN. Warehouse: 70 %; Driving: 30 % (may change). Mission Our focus on safety and timely deliveries ensures our customers receive quality products. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to guarantee safety. Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records. Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch. Requirements Must have a CDL‑Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience. If supporting a military/federal site: valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience. Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check. FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required. What You’ll Need Customer‑oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers. Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious convictions (DOT check for last 10 years). Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements. Basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation. Proficiency in using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times; ability to use a scanner and log deliveries. Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and work schedules. Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures. Salary and Benefits Hourly pay rate: $28.60 per hour.
