Maintenance Supervisor | EPA Certified | Luxury Apartments 11 East & The Carling | Downtown Jacksonville, FL

Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence? 11 East and The Carling , two premier luxury apartment communities located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an EPA-certified professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, leading a successful team, and maintaining beautiful luxury communities where residents are proud to call home.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for 11 East and The Carling.

• Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team while promoting a positive, safety-focused work environment.

• Ensure service requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.

• Oversee apartment turns to ensure homes are move-in ready and meet luxury community standards.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and other building systems.

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.

• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community grounds, common areas, and amenities.

• Manage inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets.

• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and all applicable safety regulations.

• Partner closely with the Property Director to achieve operational excellence and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance leadership experience required.

• Current EPA Certification is required.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.

• Proven leadership and team development experience.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position.

• Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
