Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic role providing speech-language services one day per week within a specialized Behavior Program. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with K-12 students of diverse abilities, supporting their communication goals and growth. This position is based onsite in Yamhill County at a dedicated education center near Dallas, OR.

Ideal candidates possess the skills and dedication needed to engage with students in a supportive, collaborative setting. You’ll contribute to a multi-disciplinary team, playing a key part in each student’s academic and personal development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible SLP licensure for the state of Oregon
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in school settings, with K-12 populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfort supporting students participating in behavior programs

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, intervention, and therapy to K-12 students within the Behavior Program
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student goals
• Consult and participate in team meetings, offering expertise to best serve students’ needs
• Adapt therapy approaches for a range of student abilities and behavioral needs
