As a Caregiver with our Innovative Home Services (IHS) team, you'll do more than provide assistance with daily tasks. You'll build relationships, brighten someone's day, offer reassurance during challenging moments, and become an important part of a resident's support system. Salary: $16.00 per hour Why You'll Love Working Here Meaningful one-on-one relationships with residents Opportunity to truly get to know the people you serve A beautiful senior living community with supportive leadership and teammates A rewarding career where your work makes a visible difference every dayA chance to grow your skills while helping others thrive What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Help residents remain independent, safe, and confident Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed Observe and report changes in resident condition or needs Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect Qualifications Current CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience preferred, Current CPR certification or upon hire High school diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must meet all employment requirements Why Join Us?
