Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team in Somerville, MA. You will directly supervise and engage with youth/residents, support skill-building, and provide positive role modeling in a structured program environment. The role requires availability overnights and weekends, driving privileges, and a willingness to participate in ongoing trainings.
