About the Role Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are actively recruiting passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater [geographic region] market to partner with us and help achieve that mission. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate. Partner with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy. Use a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and inform care plans. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records for all patient encounters. Participate in an integrated care team that delivers evidence‑based care. Contribute to a hybrid work schedule: three onsite days and two telehealth days per week, with the possibility of a four‑day work week. Provide after‑hours urgent support as needed. Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Georgia. Active DEA license. Proficiency in using an EMR system. Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Passion for high‑quality care and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Preferred: over one year of professional experience in an Advance Practice Provider role, ideally in an outpatient setting.
