Clinical Application Analyst

TCI has an immediate need for a Clinical Applications Analyst in Louisville, KY. This is not a C2C opportunity. Work is on-site. SUMMARY The Clinical Applications Analyst II will be responsible for application training and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. Provides problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems. Ensures that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production. Documents and describes complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments. Trains and educates users on system functionality and capability. Provides mentoring and training in the areas of system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, end user training and client methodologies. Provides 24x7 application support on rotation as needed. Must have experience supporting clinical application/EMR, including problem resolution, account provisioning, basic system configuration. Prefer experience with Rehabilitation business and applications. In office (Support Center, Louisville) for first two weeks to orient and then at minimum three days per week in office/2 days remote--candidate can choose remote days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
