OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fort Smith, AR by HMD Trucking (Fort Smith)

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Operate nationwide OTR dry van routes from Fort Smith, AR as part of HMD Trucking’s solo driving force.
Job Duties:
- Drive late-model dry van units equipped with sleepers, APUs, and inverters
- Manage cargo safely and comply with DOT/FMSCA regulations
