Position: Client Engagement/Business Development Manager
\nLocation: New Rochelle, NY (Fully on-site)
\nSalary: $65K-$70K + Bonus
\n \nGrowing Non-Profit trade organization seeks new Development Manager to join their team
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Responsible for maintaining the quality & integrity of the company’s donor database & fundraising platform. \n
- Strategic implementation of donor engagement & stewardship for continued support working collaboratively with Finance, Development & Programming departments. \n
- Create, track and generate donor reports and grants for the CEO, CFOO, Chief Program Officer, Director of Development. Donor revenue streams include High Net Worth, Corporates, Foundations, donors. \n
- Work with CEO on high level donor presentations researching prospects and putting together presentations that are data driven. \n
- Work with CEO to manage Board administration and leads. \n
- Process all financial gifts made to the organization by individual, foundation, and corporate donors working collaboratively with the Finance to reconcile all gifts. \n
- Design and run reports, exports, and mailing lists for appeals, newsletters, and events. This includes customer segmentation reports. \n
- Manage event data tracking, including attendee information and post-event reporting. \n
- Create and distribute gift summary reports and conduct reconciliations for gift campaigns and special events. \n
- Secure and manage small accounts and donors. \n
- Assist CEO, Director of Development and Strategic Partnership, Communications/PR, Grants, and Marketing teams on special projects and events. \n
- Ensure syncing of all donor and communication platforms with the MyClubHub/Salesforce donor database and Go Lively fundraising platform researching/exploring/implementing tools for integration. \n
- Create policies and procedures based on database best practices for maintaining integrity and data health of the organization’s MyClubHub/Salesforce donor database and Go Lively fundraising platform. Support in training staff in basic use. \n
Qualifications & Skills
\n \n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, related fields and or equivalent experience \n
- 2-4 years’ experience with client engagement, pipeline management, outbound networking \n
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Salesforce CRM (or Similar) environment. \n
- Experience working with a fast-paced, mission-focused nonprofit environment preferred \n
- Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Power Point, Word) \n
