This role focuses on bread-and-butter general surgery with a light call schedule, no trauma or ER responsibilities, and a predictable work model designed to promote work-life balance. Practice Info Focus on high-quality, elective general surgery with sustainable volumes Surgical First Assist (SFA) support in the OR SMCS access for larger or complex cases prior to and after ASC opening Inpatient coverage is weekends only at SMCS, with no weekday inpatient requirement unless by clinician preference No ICU / Trauma responsibilities Responsibilities Perform hernia procedures Perform gallbladder procedures Perform colectomies Perform small bowel cases Provide inpatient coverage on weekends only at SMCS Compensation ~$502,947 - $650,895 /Yr.
