Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate referrals when appropriate
• Collaborate to enhance patient experience and outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California license as Psych NP / PMHNP
• Current CA DEA
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Psychiatric NP
• Experience with adult and/or child & adolescent populations
• Experience in medication management and therapeutic care
• Passionate about mental health and patient well-being
