Action Day offers a variety of extracurricular activities within our regular program including Spanish, Dance, PE, daily electives, an all-inclusive sports program, and Life-Skill education. Position Available: Part-Time Elementary School Office Administrator Shift: Monday through Friday, 1pm- 5pm Compensation: $25- $30/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our school. Reporting to our Head of Schools and Elementary School Principal, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining student records, helping to coordinate and participate in school events, and providing support to teachers, staff, and parents. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of our school community! As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Providing superior customer service to all stakeholders as an Action Day Brand Ambassador Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office & school supplies. Assisting with student enrollment, tours and Shadow Days, as needed Creating a community in which all members feel safe and secure. Champions safeguarding at all times. Maintaining student records in partnership with feeder schools and ensuring the transfer of student files to the middle school. Supporting families and attending to their needs promptly and efficiently. Planning, promoting and participating in all school activities, including Teacher-In Service Days, Open House Events and Community Engagement events.
