The DNA Group is seeking a Senior Java Developer to support the modernization of the DMV Enterprise Application Destiny platform. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade Java applications that leverage modern technologies, cloud-ready architectures, APIs, and Agile methodologies.

Overview Requirements :

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Java and J2EE application development, including Spring Framework technologies, enterprise integrations, RESTful services, and modern software development practices. This individual will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation. The successful candidate must be capable of supporting large and complex enterprise environments, interacting with executive-level stakeholders, and serving as a technical subject matter expert when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must qualify for a Master-Level consultant position.
• Advanced experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proven expertise in Java/J2EE development and enterprise application architecture.
• Demonstrated experience integrating diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and functional concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting and delivering solutions for mission-critical enterprise systems.
