$20.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire
Location: USA Parkway, Sparks, NV 89437
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

As a MIG Welder, you will perform welding and assembly operations while ensuring all work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal (including 10-gauge)
• Complete product and final assembly tasks
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience or formal training
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Basic math skills (fractions, ratios, and measurements)
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must pass a background check
