About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at The Mansion at Bringham, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure we are providing the highest level of care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
