The Opportunity As One Medical continues to expand and transform the primary care experience,we'reseeking physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. In this role,you'llcare for One Medical patients through scheduled and on-demand visits via video and asynchronous messagingchannels. The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employment type: Full time (40hours including some evenings and weekends) Location: Remote, mustresidein the United States Whatyou'llbe workingon: Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care Manage patients with a broad array of patient needsvirtually,conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaborationwith teammates and leadership via daily huddles Collaborative oversightof 4-8 NP or PA colleagues Education,licensesand experiencerequiredfor this role: Completed an accreditedInternalor Family Medicine residency program Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years ina primary careor virtual primary care setting BoardCertifiedinInternalor Family Medicine Active state license in either CA,NYor DC Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with the support of our One Medical Credentialing Team Preferred: Experience with virtual care and/or virtual primary care preferred One Medical providers alsodemonstrate: A passion for human-centered primary care The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care Clinicalproficiencyin evidence-based primary care The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients Adaptability and flexibility to deliver care and evolve models of virtual care delivery within a growth-phase clinical organization One Medical is committed to fair andequitablecompensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $262,000 to $278,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
